This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules thereunder. By clicking "I Agree" or by accessing, browsing, or using the AstroGyani platform (website and mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. This constitutes a binding contract between you and AstroGyani.

Use of the platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. AstroGyani does not knowingly collect personal data of children below 18 years of age. If you are a minor, any use of the platform must be conducted under parental or legal guardian supervision.

Astrological consultations are based strictly on traditional Vedic principles and intended for personal self-reflection and guidance. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR CERTIFIED MEDICAL, CLINICAL, PSYCHIATRIC, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL EXPERT ADVICE. Astrology is an interpretive spiritual discipline; outcomes depend on individual belief, free will, and personal karma. AstroGyani does not guarantee the 100% accuracy, certainty, or efficacy of any predictions.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, making misleading, deceptive, or guaranteed claims regarding any service or outcome is strictly unlawful. Neither AstroGyani nor any astrologer may provide definitive guarantees (such as "guaranteed marriage within 7 days", "certain lottery or wealth yoga", "100% assured relationship control"). Such claims constitute misleading advertising. If an astrologer offers any 100% guarantee, report them immediately to our legal desk; they will be deplatformed and blacklisted.

In accordance with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, claiming to diagnose, treat, or cure chronic/acute illnesses, psychiatric disorders, or physiological diseases through mantras, gemstones, amulets, or magical rituals is a cognizable criminal offense. Astrologers and pandits are strictly prohibited from offering medical advice or spiritual cures. Seek qualified healthcare providers for medical conditions.

AstroGyani acts strictly as a digital "Intermediary" and technological marketplace under Section 2(1)(w) and Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Our platform facilitates connections between users and independent verified astrologers. Astrologers express their individual professional opinions; AstroGyani holds no legal liability or financial responsibility for advice, predictions, or remedies provided by independent practitioners.

Astrologers listed on AstroGyani are independent third-party professionals and are not employees, agents, or legal partners of AstroGyani. While we conduct rigorous Vedic screening and verification, user discretion is advised.

AstroGyani uses a prepaid "Wallet" system. Wallet balance is non-interest bearing and non-transferable. Session pricing is inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Promotional credits have no cash redemption value.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroGyani from any claims arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, false chargeback claims, or infringement of any third-party rights.

All calculation algorithms, source code, logos, designs, text, graphics, and proprietary branding are the exclusive property of AstroGyani Technologies. Unauthorized copying or decompilation is strictly prohibited.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) and platform security standards, consultation chats and live audio/video calls may be recorded or audited for quality assurance, safety, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Explicit consent is obtained prior to call connection, and an audio prompt or visual indicator informs both seeker and astrologer that the session is recorded.

AstroGyani’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual fees paid by the user for the specific consultation session under dispute. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The exclusive legal jurisdiction rests with the courts of New Delhi and Lucknow, India.
